I had the idea to put the presentation boards in their own box.
As the client opened the box, the see our logo large in the center and their logo repeated on a sheet of semi translucent velum paper.
Below the velum is a DVD of the otion graphic presentation you can see below. I placed a black cover, as to mot clutter our logo sheet/dvd with the visuals of the presentations below it. (I also built foam core padding to give he contents a snug fit within the box.)
Each idea (about 5 ideas) had a photo mock up that was mounted, with a description as an overlay.
The overlay showed the idea straight on, while the phot had it mocked in perspective on the building. Sample images of proposed materials were also included in the photo mock up.
